about
I wrote this song a few years ago about a past relationship that wasn't going anywhere. When love doesn't get reciprocated, it's better to leave. Unfortunately, it isn't always that easy.
This song was the very first song I ever produced by myself. I really wanted to have full control of my art since I write everything and though I aim for perfection, I still want my supporters to see the growth.
All support would be much appreciated so that I can continue to give you good music. No gimmicks, just my pure heart.
Thank you for listening! God Bless!

Lyrics
I thought that I was over you
I thought that we were really through
But you keep walking in my heart’s door
Why can’t you just let me go?
Now I can’t get you out of my head
I can’t chase you out of my heart
Maybe it’s better to stay apart
Keep the distance so we don’t kill the spark
You said I was the only one who you felt really loved you
Well this scares me ‘cause I know that it’s true
What scares me the most is I know I still wanna be with you
But now I can’t get you out of my head
I can’t chase you out of my heart
Maybe it’s better to stay apart
Keep the distance so we don’t kill the spark
But no matter what I do I’m always stuck on you
‘Cause I let you in and you always win no matter how I feel
It’s always about the chase, but I can’t erase your eyes, your smile, your face
I’m trying hard not to cry, though it hurts inside, I have to say goodbye, but I
Know that I….
I can’t get you out of my head
I can’t chase you out of my heart
Maybe it’s better to stay apart
Keep the distance so we don’t kill the spark
Maybe it’s better to never meet
For you to never see me
