about
I wrote 'Together Once Again' for my sister. We found ourselves in the middle of an extremely difficult situation created by others years ago. It took a long time for us to reunite, but we have finally found each other again. The message behind the song is never giving up and believing that after the darkness the light will emerge.
lyrics
I never thought everything would come crashing down
Once I release you from my hands
I never knew this would happen
I know you trusted me and I trusted them
Didn’t think they’d lie in silence and this would be the end
And I pay the price every day ‘cause I don’t see your face
I hope your heart’s still mine and they didn’t take it away
I pray, I pray, I pray
That’s all that I can do ever since I lost you
When we will be together once again
I’m not letting you go
This I promise you
I will keep you close
I never thought that life could ever feel so cold
Without your hand that I can’t hold
I hope it won’t be too long
What you’re being told are lies, lies, lies
I hope you know that I cry because
I pay the price every day ‘cause I don’t see your face
I hope your heart’s still mine and they didn’t take it away
I pray, I pray, I pray
That’s all that I can do ever since I lost you
When we will be together once again
I’m not letting you go
This I promise you
I will keep you close
And I will keep you close
